Yes, if the replaceable AA lithium batteries that come with the Voice Gateway are installed, the Voice Gateway can continue to operate for 24 hours on standby during a power outage. You can also connect a USB-C power bank to the Voice Gateway's USB-C port to further extend the standby time.

Keep in mind: Power banks connected to the Voice Gateway must be able to provide at least 10W (5V/2A) of power.

The replaceable AA Lithium batteries provide about 3 hours of talk time or 24 hours of standby time (when the phone isn't in use).

No, the monthly plan only covers domestic calls within the United States.

To hear your messages, dial *86 from your home phone. You can also call your 10-digit home number from any other phone and press # when the greeting starts. You will need your password to listen to messages.
